The Best Moisturizers for Type 4 Natural Hair

Moisturizers are one of my favorite natural hair topics because they make such a difference in length retention. Using concentrated moisturizers means that I can use very little product and get the best bang for my buck. The following moisturizers are all very concentrated, so do not let prices scare you:

* Jane Carter Solutions Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner: $8.99 -I have used this spray leave-in conditioner as a moisturizer for at least 10 years now. It is clutch when wearing my hair in protective styles.

* Mielle Organics Avocado & Honey Hair Milk: $12.99 -This is the newest moisturizer in my arsenal. What makes this product special is how light it feels and behaves on the hair, while still providing moisture.

* Camille Rose Naturals Curl Love Moisture Milk: $14.99 -My favorite of the bunch, this moisture milk intensely moisturizes without weighing down the hair.

* Camille Rose Naturals Curlaide Moisture Butter: $15.19 -Thick thick moisturizer packs a serious punch and is perfect for protective styles.

All of these products can be used as moisturizers under stylers for a great base to sculpt any style. These products are also available in store, and products from black owned business. The Jane Carter is the cheapest of the bunch, but none are over $20.
