7 Easy Ways to Support Black Business This Holiday Season

Black Business

With black Friday coming quickly alongside the busiest shopping time of the year, I wanted to share seven easy ways you can support black business this season. Every Holiday season, people begin to talk about supporting black business. Many do not because they just do not know how. I have made it a point to focus on black business on my channel and on this blog to show how easy this can be.

Take A Look

I did not go into why you should support black business because there are so many resources that can explain. Instead I wanted to share some of the simple and easy ways you can support online or even at home. Check out the video for more details:

Support Black Community

This Holiday season, do not forget the organizations that work hard to uplight the black community. Giving Tuesday is coming November 28th, so be sure to locate your favorite nonprofits and donate. Most organizations make donation easy through their website, but feel free to call because no one will turn down a donation.

I also encourage everyone to purchase from local stores. Put money back into the community in which you live. This does not mean that you cannot purchase from other stores, but be sure to build wealth within the black community through financial support.

    Hi MissMusic12,
I am so happy I found your blog and youtube channel. I just wanted to encourage you to keep it all up. By watching your videos I dared to try the wash and go on my type 4 hair and now it is a staple style for me.
Your channel also got me into the Ampro products (I haven’t been able to find Wetline products in Toronto). I am so excited to not have to protective style all the time because my edges did not enjoy them. I am able to wear my hair out for one week now and just let my edges breathe.
There was an unexpected side effect to being so inspired by you and your efforts. People are becoming inspired by me wearing my curls and coils out. I am directing them to your youtube channel starting with my sister.
We both watch your videos now. She says you are pretty like our dentist. Ha ha.
Be encouraged and keep the content coming.

I am all about supporting black businesses. Every gift I purchased for my famioy this holiday season was from a black own business. We have to support our own if we want our community to grow
